NBC have enough rights. You want more? You buy BC. Roblox is a business. What does a business do? It tries to maximize profits. If you bought a double scoop ice cream cone at an ice cream shop then asked for another scoop, would it be free? No. It is an extra. That is how Roblox runs. If you want more then the basic features, you buy extras.
