To host an interview you must be a Supervisor and be able to get Temporary admin somehow.
If you are a Supervisor, you must ask a Development Coordinator+ for permission to host.
If you are a Manager+ you are expected to know when to hold interviews.
Players NEED to be in the group to be interviewed!

Shouting:
When hosting an interview make sure you use an appropriate shout. We recommend that you use this shout format:
Interviews! Host: (name) Co-Host (name). Get here before we S-Lock!
NOTE: Co-Host's are not required. To be a Co-Host you must be an Interviewer+.

Once you have started the interviews, make sure you know who is taking numbers. This is how you should speak with the person asking for the Number:
Worker: Hello I'm (name), how can I help you?
Customer: Can I have a number?
Worker: Please say Sw4u.
Customer: Sw4u. (If the customer is unable to say sw4u, it means they have safe-chat and can NOT be numbered! If so inform them!)
Worker: Thank you.(Proceed to age the Customer. If the customers account is less than 30 days old they can not be interviewed!)
If the customer qualifies, use the change rank command to give them there number.
EX. :change swegmasterX r #01
(NOTE) If you are caught giving a customer answers/cheating during the interviews it will result in punishments.

After Interviews:
Once you are feeling unable to take more numbers, ask a Permanent Admin to S-Lock the server. If you have been taking numbers for more then 25 minutes, don't give out anymore numbers! After you have finished interviews, please inform all Interviewers to wrap up!
