By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 202 of the Revised Statutes (22 U.S.C. 2656) and section 3161 of title 5, United States Code, it is hereby ordered as follows:
The Internal Affairs as Stated in EO#1 By DeScripth,“Lastly, the IAB has every right to oversee any Agencies' trainings / meetings etc. No one is exempt from this, this is to be sure agencies run smoothly and without corruption. We are all a country. Let us try to get along shall we?”
Is Removed from all of its Power of Overseer and corruption inspection, IAB is no longer official and is consider decommissioned and will not able to use it’s team until the team is removed.
Internal Affairs will however not be handled by IAB but by DOPR, Who will look into corruption and governmental disputes. DOPR Will have the right to ask you questions but you don’t have to answer them. DOPR will not hold more then 12-15 expect stated otherwise.
Effective November 1, 2015 The Department of Education Will be Up and Running. United States National College will be the only school official by the DOE. It will now be required to attend 2.5HRS of Schools to earn your first degree, 5 Hours for your second and 10HRs for your last. All Agencies will now be required to check for any degrees within the school’s database. In order to work for any agency you must attend 1 Hour of Law class and 1.5 hours of any agency type you want to be in. Any Person who accepts someone without a degree will be suspended for 1 week.
Agencies will now be classified in there elite level. As of now it is the Following.: (Level 1 being lowest and the Level 7 being the highest)
Level 1: MPD, BOA, Fox
Level 2: USMS, FPS, DIA, BOP
Level 3: DOD, NSA, CIA, FBI, DOJ
Level 4: HLS, SS, WHS, SWAT
Level 5: DEVGRU, USCC, SF
Level 6: SHIELD
Level 7: DOPR, USCU
In Order to join a Level 1 Agency you need No Degree. In order to join a level 2 or 3 agency you need 1 degree. In order to join Level 4 or 5 agencies you need 2 degrees. In order to join level 6 agencies you need a 3 degrees. In order to join Level 7 agency you need a special degree, which can only be offered to you, you can’t ask to take the class.
