As of Wednesday, September 9th, 2015, Havelock (led by Cirivio) & RST (led by Ghost0ps) hereby declare war upon NEXUS Recon Clan, led by Pkjoris18. This war has been a long time coming, and here it is for both parties to prove themselves. A list of set terms are below.
-The first party to achieve 20 raid victories with solid proof will be declared the victor of the war. Photographic or video evidence is required for a raid to be valid. A timestamp is also recommended by getting the clock on your computer in the screenshot.
-Exploitation will declare a raid/defense void. Intentional exploitation will get you banned from the war.
-You may not update your base unless approved by the other party.
-Incorrect use of admin is prohibited. Admins that do abuse their admin in an incorrect way are to be punished after discussion with both parties.
-Only NRC, RST and Havelock members are allowed at both parties their forts.
-If the war gets out of hand, the leaders of all involved clans and selected high ranks will discuss further progression of the war.
Rules of the NRC fort;
-1 NRC count as 1 defender
-6 NRC & 6 raiders required for an official raid
-No flaming
-No accessing the mountains
-No glitching or exploiting anything in any way
-No alts allowed
-Atleast 1 Council+ required to declare a server official.
-Atleast 6 NRC at all time to have the server official.
-An admin reserves the right to respawn all players once a raid is deemed official.
-Raids taking longer then 1 hour and a half will be deemed void.
-If raiders amount drops below 6 the server is deemed void.
Breaking any of these rules will result in a kick. Excessively breaking these rules result in a ban.

Rules of the RST/Havelock fort;
-RST & Havelock members count as 1 defender (i.e 1 rst and 1 havelock = 2 defenders)
-1200 Seconds to win
-No exploiting or raid will be void
-No auto-wins unless there is admin abuse
-6 RST/ 5 hostiles for official
-Mountains are not allowed to be used (auto-respawn for accused person(s)
-1 hour time limit
-No spamming
-No excessive flaming
-Defenders are not to pass the blue line on the docks
-Admin must be available

It's the same the other way around, Ghost. Yet try to defend whenever possible. It is up to those who are hosting raids to use common sense and thus to raid whenever people are online and available. |
