.If the raiding/defending team has it over 1050 seconds and a exploit happens, the raiding/defending team gets the win
+30 minute cool-down
+15 minute warning (since I know from last experience that SN wants a high warning time)
-30 to 35 server sizes
-Multiple servers must be defended if the defending team has over 18+ (doing this because I want the thrill of the old wars, where multiple server raids were going on)
+Group only scripts must be implemented
+Highest rank must get mod to check logs and such
+Harkonnen's base will be NA while the other 3 bases will be OA
-Proof of each win must be provided (screenshot/video or w/e)

Please do not decline this SN/TC. I know I might sound like a hypocrite for saying this but over the time I have led TSE, I began to realize why sword-fighting clans especially are downgrading. It's because clans keep declining wars because they are afraid of a loss.
Earlier, clans weren't afraid of losses and fought their best even if they were going to lose. I, DESTlN now pledge to accept any war even if I know we are going to lose.
