let devs make hats

might as well at this point. by devs I mean people who are in dev-ex they could make hats pertaining to their game with the option let players earn them in-game or buy them out of game. but they'd need roblox to approve each hat first (to make sure it's not just a giveaway)

Support, but instead of buying the hat let it be a reward and only for certain games deemed worthy. As of right now I don't even have a game I would deem worthy of being allowed to award hats.
