Hello, Rockport citizens if you are reading this speech, you know it a a serious one, I will start off my introducing my table of contents!

I will start off by doing the plans, Mario originally wanted, I will start off with a new fire program, not a different group. I will make sure that ALL groups that are extra jobs for Rockport citizens, such as RDOT or RDPS, can have a monthly check up on the groups meeting count, and members employed. Speaking in the more combat-sides of Rockport, I will also make sure that these combat groups are training their troops strictly, and not handy dandy, I get a gun. Now to the Non-Rockport side. I have found another problem. TRC. If TRC cannot handle themselves and continue to abuse, ruining the citizens’ rights, I will cut off the conversion between TRC and Rockport, with Mario’s permission. Another issue is gun laws in Rockport, yes, I am not going to take away the revolvers, and the people pay for what they got. I will only make sure that when it comes to gun licenses, a persons whose license is removed, Will only be allowed to use it with government official, supervision, and permission.

Why am I doing all of this? I am doing all of this to make a better term in Rockport. I will make sure that all the citizens get what they want. I will make sure no Cabinet members will abuse their powers and will be managed well.
