Actually its because he wants to subsidize everything and reach into the pockets of successful businesses to pay for his welfare programs which is the route of economic failure.
Aside from the fact that his ideas would bankrupt the United States (even more) and double our external debt, they wouldn't even make it past the House of Representatives lol.
