When you want to use Dev Ex, it is required for you to have "No Moderation History", if you want your game to be considered for sponsorship you need to have "No Moderation History".

The entire "no moderation history" thing is just dumb due to the things people can get away with without even a warning and the things you can get banned for, without actually doing anything.
On my old account, Roblox help acknowledged the fact my account was breached with no fault of my own, and I lost at the time almost 2 million Robux worth of Limited's (generally value has gone down since then but still) and about 120k Robux on my account was gone from buying easily traceable t-shirts. Want to know the last email I got from Roblox was?
"Here is a link to buy more Robux!"
Help and support with Roblox changes depending on who it is.
My friend got given the wrong builders club, the payment was refunded AND they got a free month of builders club AND 500 free Robux for "their inconvenience".
Consistency would be appreciated please Roblox!

Anyway, rant over, back to the point.
The moderation system is flawed currently, I have uploaded the same image twice. (again on old account) and I got a one day ban and a warning for uploading it once, then the second time it was fine... Assuming it is literally a bunch of people sitting there deciding if pictures are allowed or not, make the rules more specific, consistency!
People can do appalling things and never get a single warning on Roblox, yet I MENTIONED the twitch "incident" where the audio stream was not turned off... (I shall not go into more detail.) and I got a one week ban! One week! For discussing something in a game, where nobody reported me... How did that even happen... I don't know.
I've had a bad experience with moderation on Roblox... posting offsite links I have been accused of before, yet all over Roblox you get links to Trello, Youtube, Twitter; admittedly the rules on offsite links were stricter at the time but if no one reports you, you can do anything, if one person who dislikes you reports you, and you will go down for it.
I am going to stop ranting now.
Long story short, should "no moderation history" be a requirement for lots of the newer features on Roblox? Wouldn't it be better for it to be looked at on a case by case basis, looking into the specifics rather than saying absolutely "You have been banned before, and you want to Dev Ex? LOLNOPE!!!!".
Or perhaps make it relative to what the moderation was for, obviously if someone was banned for scamming you don't want them able to use Dev Ex... All the same I was accused of scamming when I specifically said in a gamepasses description that I will revoke the passes of anyone who abuses them, this was back when exploiting was really bad and someone who had bought a gamepass had a custom animation of... Last time I mentioned this I got a moderation warning so I will just let you guys assume it was an inappropriate animation. So I revoked all of their gamepasses and banned them later. How was I scamming? I don't know I still got temp banned for it.
Yeah moderators just don't like me... :(

Some features specifically say you need to have no moderation history, though in other places it says it is done on a case by case basis, it depends where you look, all the same the whole moderation system really needs to be redone/updated/destroyed

I think that popular devs ROBLOX actually get there Moderation History completely cleared because it is almost impossible to have no moderation history, unless your new. Just look at dued1, he has to have gotten banned once, but since he is a popular dev and an intern, he gets his moderation history completely cleared so he can use dev ex and all that stuff.

When they say no moderation history, they mean no major incidents.
Warnings don't really matter unless it was clearly recent. |

I've been banned for a week on my old account (which I have since abandoned) with no reason stated on the ban.
No reason at all.

It depends on who looks at it whether you get a warning or a ban it is too inconsistent.
I made an alt.
I have a friend who got into Roblox Dev by making tonnes of "playerpoint buying" places back when that was significant. He made nearly over a million Robux... most of which at the time when player point purchases were strictly not allowed.
He never got a single warning for it.
Nothing.
OVER A MILLION Robux after the 30% market place tax...
Yeah I am ranting again.
It is just too inconsistent.

if som1 is sweating off the hook or scamming or bulling you say your gonna report them and they dont even care because they are barly even read. |

I DevExed twice, and was feature in the Viewmaster sponsored event even though my moderation history is insanely large
Though I haven't been banned since 2013, that may contribute to something, but don't let your moderation history stop you |

guys ban warnings dont mean anything I've gotten over 60 of them
at worst they'll give a 1 dayer after like 4 warnings
