Let me get this straight. You see Phantom Forces as violent, but you have your sons account have a giant eyeball for a head, growing antlers from it? Seems to me that is quite a bit more violent than PF. Imagine trying to stick the antlers into the eye. Also asking for personal information online is
1. Against Roblox Rules
2.Considered Child Stalking
3. Illegal
Roblox allows all types of games as long as they do not violate the rules. If you are really worried about a game like Work at a Pizza place because it is too "violent", unplug your router. You are on the internet, your kids will see violence and content you are not particularly a fan of due to that nature.
