i like anime if they're well made and actually have something happening
ie: ill watch ghost hound sometimes, since it's pretty and it's interesting
i won't watch lucky star because it's endless garbage monologue and discussion and the emotions are so badly done
that's a huge thing about anime, it actually doesn't portray human emotion right, to the point it probably teaches weebs to expect actual human beings to behave like anime characters and end up getting bullied

Oh my god you made me remember someothing horribly cringey
Pwhen I use to live in Montana, there was this guy who was a huge anime fanatic
He wore fluffy cat ears on his headphones
He ran like Naruto (ninja in general; leaning foward arms out behind him) legitimately
He had anime and brony pins on his bag
All he played was Pokémon and I think Brawl
He had a strong odor of grease, I hated it

At first I thought you meant the music being put in as background music and immediately thought of 4kids dubs.
This probably doesn't exist simply because popular culture in Japan is really different from popular culture here, they listen to completely different music than us.
I think the closest thing you could get to that might be the personified countries of Hetalia: Axis Powers and the Heroic Spirits of the Fate series. (For example, one character in the Fate series is King Arthur, another is Hercules, another is Gilgamesh, etc) |
