Read carefully!!!
1. You seen the part's size as (2,2,2), but that is actually not. Part's size (2, 2, 2) would be (2, 2.00000003, 2), and when you multi-drag parts with that size it causes to go up 0.1 stud in position Y so it does not overlap partly of the place you are trying to place on. That disrupts the ability to drag models and multi-drag parts.
2. Part's size can overlap because the size are different than it appears to be. The part would go up by .1 stud to stop overlapping.
Support this if you want to get this bug fixed.

The way to fix this is to just grab the part, and it will be back onto the normal 1 stud grid. |

There are also some plugins i think that allow for you to have bricks regened into a 1/1, 1/2 or 1/5 grid |

Try changing the property from block to custom
It works.

What the hell? Dude that does not work because it falls off the grid EVEN in custom mode. |
