Taking out my anger in my Lucid Dreams will have a chance to cause me sleep paralysis.

When Lucid Dreamers say sleep paralysis, they mean sleep paralysis without being unconscious, and a side effect of that is weird shadow people wearing cloaks and lacking eyes looking over me as I try to begin lucid dreaming.

I'm in a bunk bed, so when I have sleep paralysis after a lucid dream, I usually think of evil demons and spirits and stuff. Or, I think that the house is on fire or some little devil is sitting on my chest. |
