You know how when you change your username, you lose all your tracked and recently participated threads, right? Why? Who thought it was a good idea to save people's forum posts to their usernames, and not their user IDs like the obvious choice would've been? I've been considering changing my username to something better for a long time now, but not if I lose every single thread I've ever tracked and participated in. This is why I think the forum system should change to save posts to people's user IDs.
