i put out another EP a few days ago
it's pretty much just alternate versions of songs from the album i did a couple of months ago and another EP i did under The Silhouettes
but i'm actually pretty pleased with how it came out - especially 'Ignis' and the alternate version of 'Two or Three' (which is basically like the original song, but louder and more shoegaze-y)
and now i can begin working on either EP no. 3 or album no. 2 with all of that out of the way... haven't decided yet |

you should use a drum machine, it'll make your songs feel more full |

yeah in that case just use a drum machine, ableton's free and has good drums, it's free trial and you won't be able to save after 30 days, but i just record with my speakers in audacity for that |

to be honest, i just enjoy writing songs... i haven't ever needed a ton of motivation to write. recording, on the other hand, is a whole other matter entirely. |
