Ad is rejected?

Saturday night I uploaded 9 ads for my groups that I won. Today I checked the status of them and was shocked to find that one of them was rejected. I figured it was an error so I resubmitted it today and it got rejected again. The text on it reads "Enlist to protect America" and has a soldier from my group holding a musket and bayonet. What is the issue here?

Then it may be a genuine error?
