Is it possible to get banned while your account is banned?

So what happened was I was banned for 3 days for the first time since early 2012, so yesterday evening I went to log back in 5 or so minutes after I was supposed to be unbanned and noticed I had another 7 day ban, even though I couldn't do anything with my account, and the odd part was is that the moderator never left a note as to why I was banned. So I decided to send an inquiry to ROBLOX support asking them why I was banned, and if they could unban me, because it's kind of hard to get banned when you can't do anything with a banned account, so this is the response I got: " Unfortunately, we have determined that your account was correctly banned by our moderation team for making prejudicial comments and actions. Hate speech is not appropriate in any situation." How does one make prejudicial comments when you can't do anything with your account?

E-Mail them again, telling them your account might have been hacked, tell them the moderator didn't leave a note. HTML | Ruby | JavaScript | Python

@0user as i mentioned, i've done both of those things, and my account wasn't hacked.

Maybe someone reported you while you were banned. You know how noobs are today they want everyone to get banned. Selfish.

That is true, @SiVo Although, for bans like that they always include the moderation note, and they would've had to have found a thread on the forums that's over 3 days old.
