in Jurassic World, if a movie can symbolize high tech practices. Then they could've come up with huge high frequency fences in the restricted zone. It worked in Lost, why wouldn't it work on that huge dinosaur?

Even if it is just a movie, I doubt a "Sonic Perimeter Fence" could keep something like that out. The individual has to be in close range of the frequency beams to distort any affect. Also, it did work in Lost, but it wouldn't work in a situation like this.
