Greetings, you must have come here because you have a question about Modelli™ correct? In this forum, I will be answering some commonly asked questions throughout ROBLOX's group community. If this does not succeed in doing so, please contact me or one of our current HR's for further help.

1. [ WHAT IS THE GROUP ABOUT? ]
Modelli™ is a unique group where you can DESIGN your OWN models and sell them to other model lovers in need of an amazing model for they're game. You can create and sell any desired model, AS LONG AS IT'S APPROPRIATE!
We advise you to take our lessons before attempting at creating a model if you are new to creating models. We hate to watch our members see failure, which is why we've created a system of numerous lessons. Times will be posted in the group shout. Prices start at 5 robux and 10 tix. Prices may increase for various reasons. If you wish to seek a private lesson, contact one of our current HR's (6) for more information.

2. [ Q&A ]
The following questions are questions /I/ have seen over my experiences on ROBLOX. I'd prefer you read this for it may answer a question you have. It's convenient for both workers and customers because the customers don't have to continuously PM HR's to get answers. And it's easier for HR's so they don't have to keep answering the same questions over and over.
Q: How can I rank up?
A: We have interviewers who will interview you and give the results to our HR's-- who will decide who is hired or not.
Q: When and how do I get paid? And what rank do I need to be to /get/ paid?
A: We will schedule a time in every month (or every so many months) to pay our designers. You will get paid according to how much of a model you sell, how much money it earns you, and how many many models you sell. We WILL NOT keep track of this for you, this isn't daycare. You will be responsible for sending us what you've sold, how much of it was sold, and the profit it made for every month. We will give a final shout to everyone that they need to turn it in, but we won't come to you individually. You want paid? TURN IN THAT PAPERWORK! Designers and Interviewers will be the only ranks to receive a paycheck, since they benefit the group most. If any higher ranks make a model, they will be paid as well. (Sorry this is long.)
Q: What if I go inactive or simply stop caring for the group?
A: Going inactive is acceptable, since all of us are most likely very busy. Just tell us in the group chat and/or PM an HR so we know you are going inactive (GIVE REASON). If you cannot reach out to us please let us know when you return. Seeing you stop caring for the group or go inactive for a certain amount of days will result in demotion. If vacation is the case, and we demote you for inactivity, PM an HR for your rank back. If we see you lied about going on vacation, you will receive punishment.

3. [ SUGGESTIONS ]
We will ALWAYS be open to suggestions. We want to keep you all happy with the group, and if something's bothering you we won't hesitate to jump on it and at least ATTEMPT to fix it. Suggestions can be posted in the group chat. Although, if you are uncomfortable with the group seeing your complaint/suggestion, PM an HR it instead.

4. [ PAYMENT SYSTEM ]
This one is major, and was briefly explained in the Q&A (2). As it explained, Interviewers, Designers, and other HR's are the only ones to receive pay. Don't complain that it's 'unfair,' because it isn't. We will be paying the higher ranks only because they are skilled and the ones who are making everything. The lower ranks are still important, don't get me wrong. But are still in /training./ However, if you make something that we particularly like, and you are say.. a Builder!, we may give you the opportunity to putting it on sale. Customers will not get the chance to build or sell unless they purchase lessons, so don't think you can slide.

5. [ CONSEQUENCES / PUNISHMENTS ]
This goes for ALL ranks (including you izzy!111!!!). We want to make a safe environment for our members to express their creativity into their models. Here is the basic in-game and in-group consequence guideline:
-First Mistake - 1st Warning
-Second Mistake - 2nd Warning
-Third Mistake - Kick from game / Temporary demotion
-Forth Mistake - Kick from game / Permanent demotion / Temporary suspension
-Fifth Mistake - Ban / You shouldn't seen this many excuses.
For HR's, not turning in the correct paperwork and not turning it in on the proper date (unless you've gotten an excuse) will result in some form of punishment. Here are the guidelines for it:
-Forget x1 - 1st Warning / Not paid
-Forget x2 - 2nd Warning / Not paid
-Forget x3 - Temporary demotion / Not paid / Meeting with HR's
-Forget x4 - Permanent demotion / Not paid / Meeting with HR's
