Try grouping everything as a model? Then resize. Or just resize it in chunks?

^ Too many parts to do it one by one. And I tried to group it and resize, the resize buttons don't show.

Use the resize plugins read carefully because you need to resize it with the gui when there are too much parts.

It may be a problem with your model/map. Maybe too many parts, or certain meshes that you [may] have used just don't resize well?

I figured out from that I believe all the parts need to be anchored. Same thing with me, a gun I made had jumbled parts whenen I resized, but when I anchored it ALL, it worked perfect.
