Because user-made meshes are removed (And have been removed for years) I can't use the model downsizer because it makes fairly small bricks have meshes for them to be so small. Is there some way for me to make bricks that are very small for tools? PLEASE? get hype

Unions do not have a size limit and can be shrunken down even to (0.000001, 0.000001, 0.000001). If you union the large version of your tool, even in the worst case if you aren't able to combine any parts, you'll be able to scale the whole thing down to whatever size you'd like.
