AMENDMENT V - PROPERTY :

Article I: All untitled property and structures on it shall be held by the Norway government. Anyone wishing to claim property for housing, development, stores, etc. must have it approved by the Office of the Governor or in a bill sent through the Legislative process.
Article II: All property owned by the government shall be managed by the Office of the Governor and Secretary of State. It shall be enforced by The Robloxian Cops (TNP), and the Department of Homeland Security (HLS).
Article III: Roaming on government-owned property shall be permitted unless otherwise stated.
Article IV: Roaming on private property (owned by someone other than the government) shall be deemed as trespassing and illegal, except whereas the owner of the property gives consent or otherwise indicates he / she is permitted on such property.
Article V: All property and structures on it must be in compliance with State or Municipal Fire Code as posted by the Norway Department of Public Safety. Fire Code may be modified by the local City Council or State Legislature as a bill going through the Legislative process. All in violation of Fire Code must suspend operations until they are in compliance. Failure to comply may result in a permanent shutdown of the establishment and removal of the title as determined by the collective Office of the Governor, Secretary of State, and Department of Public Safety.
Article VI: All vehicles spawned shall be property of the ones who spawned it. Only he / she may determine who goes inside or on it. Those who are unauthorized to do so may be prosecuted and arrested for trespassing.
