In 3082, the world went into presumably World War 3 because of supplies [Code Black]. After that happened, The Russain Continental Forces (TRCF), bombed targets that had more food, medical, weapons, and construction supplies.
Then, the West Imperial Forces (WIF) found out about the bombing and attacked the TRCF in order to get the supplies back, but lost in the process.
Most of the WIF were taken hostage in the battle, and that is when the Steel Treaty attacked them both, and won, stealing a lot of supplies.
The Steel Treaty was currently the top of the 'chain', until Poseidon Energy provided WIF a warship. Then, TRCF shot down the warship and became unstoppable. They stole all of the supplies back from the Steel Treaty, killing off most of the members. They were able to build 5 Warheads in order to stop everyone from trying to stop them for good. They launched them everywhere in Russia possible, preventing anyone in Russia from taking them over, nevertheless doing damage to the countries around them. TRCF was the top of the faction chain. And for good this time.
After about 5 years, a faction dedicated to taking down TRCF, and protecting the few survivors standing developed. It was known as the Refuge Defense Commission (RDC). It couldn't do much do to a lack of supplies, but was able to build a camp out of scraps.
When this ides came about, all other countries went for power, resulting in every country being destroyed. No other country could help at all, and all hope was defeated.
Everyone now lives in terror, hoping that they will not become a mutant, or die alone.
