Also, sign it at the end, with your rank :)] OFFICER REQUIREMENTS To become an Officer and rank up -Approval from a VCJCS, the CJCS, or the Commander -following the procedures below E8 to O1/O2 -Go through an Officer Training, and achieve a promotion O1/O2 to O3/O4 -Attend an Officer Training, one normal training, and a patrol O3/O4 to O5/O6 -Attend two Officer Trainings, observe and co-host a normal training, and attend three patrols O5/O6 to O7/O8 -Attend five Officer Trainings, host three normal trainings, and host two patrols O7/O8 to O9/O10 Host one Officer Training, host 3 normal trainings, host a patrol, and get a good rankings as a leader of a practice raid If a VCJCS position is open, officers who are O7 or higher may apply to fill that position. The CJCS and the Commander will review those who want to become a VCJCS, and see if they meet the requirements. PATROLS, OFFICER TRAININGS, AND PRACTICE RAIDS Patrols -Patrols will be hosted, and they will patrol the base for any unwanted raiders or visitors. At least one officer must be present. If there are raiders, then they must notify the group, and get in their positions, which will be assigned on a later date Practice Raids -These will happen occasionally. Soldiers of the Department of the u.s. Army will be spilt into teams at the base, Raiders and Defenders, and the leader of each team will be chosen at random. The leaders will devise their plans for their teams, and then the raid will begin. These raids are practice for all soldiers, to prepare us for a war, to attack or defend our base. At the end, depending who wins, soldiers will be graded on their actions during the raid. Officer trainings -These are special trainings for officers only. Unlike normal trainings, which deal with basic skills, these trainings deal with how to be leader. Officers will learn how to devise plans of defense and attack, how to train soldiers, and how to handle the leading a group. At O7/O8, you will have accumulated the knowledge to be able to train other officers. RULES Anyone soldiers, regardless of rank, who doesn’t not comply with the following rules, will be demoted or exiled. If the offense is severe, then a trial will be held -Be respectful to one another. -Do not complain about promotions or demotion. Do not ask for a promotion. You must earn it, and you must be noble, and accept a demotion -Be mature. -Do NOT abuse your rank. This applies especially to officers. If you abuse your rank, you will be demoted. The commander will determine your new rank. -No bribery. -No advertising of a group not affiliated with the D.U.S.A. -Obey the orders of a person who is a higher rank than you, unless the CJCS or the Commander deems their orders illegitimate -Do NOT try to start a war. Though we will be ready, any unnecessary war started by anyone who is not a VCJCS, a CJCS, or the Commander, will be ignored. -Be active. If you know you are going to be inactive for a while, notify the Commander, so an officer doesn’t demote you for inactivity. -Use grammar properly. You won’t get promoted if you use improper grammar -Allies are approved by the Commander. Do not ally a group without the Commander’s approval -All basic ROBLOX rules apply
