I don't know if this had been suggested awhile back. Regardless I believe it has only a positive outcome.
Ideas;
A user can request a thread to be deleted due to it violating the rules.
An original poster can either modify or have the thread deleted by clicking an option below the forum.
Pros;
Reduction of trolls (Possibly)
Cons;
More users getting banned.
