how is that even a problem your supposed to add reasons with supporting or non supporting otherwise its spam (it says that on the forum rules) its giving roblox more reasons to add it or not add it

here's the problem: -someone suggests new doge hat- -person with biased opinion posts: NO SUPPORT, MEMES ARE STUPID -adding a new doge hat is soemthing roblox would do

Not necessarily true, I usually post from ROBLOX's perspective, and try to keep in mind that no fees means no money to host ROBLOX.

And just because someone suggests something ROBLOX would most likely do, does that mean people have to support it? This sub-forum was made for the community to have a say on what the admins do (although they really haven't held up those principles very well,) but why should this stop us from showing disagreement and having our own say?

'-someone suggests new doge hat- -person with biased opinion posts: NO SUPPORT, MEMES ARE STUPID -adding a new doge hat is soemthing roblox would do' then they would add it anyways you realise roblox probably ignores replys like that

Wouldn't Roblox want to add what the community wants? Which would require that everybody post in their own point of view?

These are our opinions. Not Roblox's. It's if we support the notion, not Roblox. Like, if I disagree with something and believe it will not benefit the site, but Roblox evidently thinks it will, I'm not going to force a perspective in order to make myself support the idea. I'm going to give my views on why it will hurt the site.

The next thing is the fact that this isn't a suggestion or an idea. Jakemup in the hizzOUSE!

Problems with SI 1. it never gets listened to 2. too much stupid bait 3. most ideas are pointless 4. good ideas are muted out actually we do but we know they just want money and good PR.

The support and no support are intended to be of user's opinion. This aids ROBLOX in the determining if features are to be implemented to their game. If an idea gains more support and few non-supporting posts then it shows a representation that the community wants the feature implemented. However when a idea gains a great amount of non-support it will likely not be implemented as the ROBLOX community does not want to see the feature implemented or it would harm the nature of the game if it were. Overall, it is ROBLOX's final decision for the feature to be added or dropped. So for instance there was a 21 to 5 support to non support ratio on a post that were for NonBC to get more R$, ROBLOX has the decision to say "No, this would hurt our company financially and put us in further instability." However the situation is, you get the picture.

This should be how people answer other peoples suggestions to their point of view and roblox's http://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=179537192
