(No, you were only given ten credits. You didn't do very much, you just brought some crates to a burger place and gave them to a cute girl.) The man walks with you to your ship and grunts as you offer your kindness. "It's okay," he says. He loads the crates onto your ship for you. By the loudness of the 'thud' the crates made when they hit the ship's floor, you're certain that they were far too heavy for you to carry. As the man exits your ship, he gives you a few directions in a few words. "Graham Shipping Offices - 19. Ask for Bella. She'll help you." As he begins to walk off, he stops, seeming to have forgotten to tell you something. "Stay safe," he says, before walking back to his crate.

Arn nodded one last time to the man. He'd never even gotten his employer's name. No time. Quickly, Jaeger entered his ship through the cargo hold again and went to the cockpit. He opened his holographic computer and selected the 19th floor (I am assuming that's what he meant). Whilst he awaited his transit, Arn performed another search. "Jaota Sector war" A simple query, but one bound to bring up plenty of information. He meant to do some research on what he was getting into.

(He meant for you to go to an area actually called "Graham Shipping Offices - 19." There aren't 19 floors in the station you're currently in, anyway.) You enter your ship and wait to be brought up to the roof of Space Station 4242. Once there, you take off. After gaining some distance from the station, you search for "Graham Shipping offices - 19" and set it as your destination. As you warp, you find a Spacepedia article that you think matches what you were looking for. --- WAR IN JAOTA AND LIONEL SECTORS The War in Jaota and Lionel Sectors is an ongoing war between the Federation of Peaceful States and the Thelian Coalition. It began in 7098. The war was declared by the FPS against the TC as a result of criminals from TC-owned territory attacking an FPS-owned station in what is known as the SS13 Incident. In the beginning, the FPS only fought in the Jaota Sector, but soon moved on to cover the Lionel Sector as well. The reason for this is not officially known, but theorists believe that it may be due abundant resources available in the Lionel Sector. When the Minister of FPS, Jorge Hush was questioned about the attacks in the Lionel Sector, he claimed it was a strategic military action done to sabotage the munitions factories in the Lionel Sector. He was silent when informed that there aren't any munitions factories in the Lionel Sector. He did, however, assert that the war was being fought for revenge against the lives lost in the SS13 Incident, and not for resources. The war is still being fought, and there is no clear victor. No foreign nations have allowed themselves to be entwined in this war. --- The warp bubble collapses, and you arrive in front of what looks like a white office building floating around in space. It's not that big, nor extravagant, and has two floors. At the back is a parking area for spaceships, with five spaceships currently parked there.

((Oh. Sorry. Wasn't clear on that, heh.)) Arn was beginning to wonder what the hell he was getting himself into. A war? Of this magnitude?! "You're an idiot, Jaeger." 'No,' said a voice inside him, 'you're an adventurer.' He was calm again. He let go. He didn't mind. He was not boring. Not anymore. Jaeger parked the Enterprise in one of the spots and exited the ship, walking around to the front and entering the building. He took a good look around.

You park your ship and exit it, shortly before walking around the building and stepping inside. It's only once you're inside you really grasp how small this place is. That's probably why there's a second floor. The interior of the building is painted a beige color, and the floor is made of dirty and dusty wood. A couch is pushed up against the wall just to the right of the door. Directly ahead of you is a desk with a male accountant behind it. This accountant isn't human, as evident from the fact that he has one eye and no legs. Attached to the bottom of his torso is some kind of thruster-like device, which is keeping him levitating in place, gently bobbing up and down in the process. Apart from his lack of legs and the giant bulging blue eye in the middle of his face, he looks fairly human. He's light skinned, dark-haired, and clean shaven. He looks at you and blinks his one eye, shortly before saying something in a language you don't understand. After seeing your confusion, he takes out a glass of water and a pink pill from under the desk, setting on the desk and gesturing for you to take the pill. Looking at the pill, you see various alien runes on it, which slowly reshape and form into English words, reading: "Universal Translator."

Arn took very little time to look at his surroundings. He approached the man and, by this point unperturbed by alien beings, simply took the pill after it was offered. He swallowed it and it went down difficult after being filled with a burger and fries. "I'm sorry. Could you repeat that?"

"I asked you if you were having a good day," the accountant says to you in a fairly friendly manner. "Are you having a good day?"

Arn, for whatever reason, found himself struggling to come up with an honest answer. It was normally just a formality, but Jaeger found himself reading into it and trying to justify saying 'yes.' Eventually, he found the strength to smile weakly and respond, "I suppose you could say so. I'm new to the stars, so this is all very strange to me." After this he added, "But anyways, I'm here to see... um..." He fumbled a bit as he struggled to remember the name. "Bella?" he said finally, shooting into the wind.

"Bella?" the accountant asks, a mix of confusion and shock on his face. Peering into his eyes, they look like they're loudly questioning you as to why you'd want to do something like that. The accountant clears his throat and, in the process, clears the expression from his face, returning it to a more neutral one. "Why would you like to see Bella?"

Arn felt a bit of dread building in his stomach, the same from before. Was he really in THIS far over his head? The... "man's" reaction was worrying to Jaeger, to say the least. But he didn't let his fear show on his face or in his voice anymore. "The boss from the shipping floor at 4242 sent me. I'm on a munitions run to the Jaota Sector. He said to ask for Bella."

"Well... if he thinks you need her, I'll get her for you," he says. The thruster-device proceeds to carry him off. You hear him mutter something about cyanide. It isn't long before he returns. "She's coming," he tells you with a sigh. Like the Devil, a woman appears when she's spoken of. You see the man subtly move away from the woman as she walks towards you. She extends a cold metal hand to you to shake. "Hey there, I'm Bella." Bella is a cute girl with long, blonde hair, light skin, and a nice complexion. She reminds you of the southern belles from Earth. Looking into her blue eyes, you find they don't look as cold as her metal hand. She's a Human, but her two arms most certainly are not. They're both metal arms with a purple paint job. They mimic the anatomy of human arms, and you're sure they work the same way. But, the fact that they're metallic, cold, and inhuman is glaringly apparent to you. Looking closely at them, there appear to be sections that look like they can slide open and reveal something hidden within the arms. Bella is wearing a white short-sleeved shirt with three buttons at the top. The shirt is tied at the front, leaving her midriff bare and clinging tightly to the shape of her breasts. Along with this, she has a light-brown leather vest on. At her feet are brown leather boots with silver-painted spurs on them. If you look closely at the spurs, you can see faintly that they're blood-stained. Finally, she's wearing a brown skirt with a bandolier full of bullets as a belt.

Arn didn't put much effort into listening to the man. Or alien. Whatever the hell he was. He was about to go into a warzone, so fear was something Jaeger meant to leave behind. He had to hold back a gasp at the attractive, southern-oriented girl coming out from the blue. Not at her arms, or her military appearance, but at the sheer look of her. She looked like the Texan tart he'd had a crush on in eighth grade, but her blue, blue eyes set them apart. He gripped her hand and nodded. He didn't smile back, mainly from the negative vibes he was getting from his current job. "Arn. Jaeger." That was all he said at first. Then, "The boss at 4242 sent me. I'm making a munitions run to Jaota, and he told me to come here and see you." He offered her the forms for the shipment.

After she shakes your hand, she plucks the handwritten form from you and spends roughly two seconds looking at it. Smiling, she hands it back to you. "Oh, I love making munitions runs, especially in warzones! I hope you don't mind blowing up some ships on the way there," she giggles, "is your ship parked outside?"

Arn was, visibly, taken aback now. She was going with him? Jaeger had figured she would be giving him directions and a briefing and maybe a passport into the sector or something. Once he regained his bearings, he spoke. "Um... Yes. Out back." He turned to the door and started to walk, slowly at first, and motioned for her to follow. Then, he said, "I didn't check the papers. Does it give a specific planet?"

"A planet? Nope, no planet. We're taking it to a space station in Jaota. Space stations are so fun! Don't you think they're fun? Oh, it's just like blowing up ships! I should blow up a space station some day," she says as she walks out with you. You can see the accountant shake his head and look away. Soon, you're both out of the building. Bella looks at your ship for a moment and smiles. "Ooh, I just love how you have your ship's guns hidden! So, where are they hidden? Do they pop out of the top? From the bottom? The sides?"

(("I should blow up a space station some day" Foreshadowing?)) Arn couldn't believe the mouth on this girl. She was a terrorist, not a soldier; an anarchist, not a patriot. She was just hellbent on destroying things. Arn liked her. He felt a bit embarrassed, however, at the mention of firearms. "Um... No guns. The Enterprise was made in Utopia, on Earth. Peaceful civilization. Firearms aren't a thing that they... do." He glanced at her, hoping the shame didn't show on his face as he opened the cockpit of the ship.

"No guns..." Bella repeats. For a moment, you think she might cry tears of pity about the lack of firearms on your ship. Then, you realize something. Going through a warzone without guns of your own might be hazardous to your health. Suddenly, Bella's eyes light up with a certain kind of excitement. A certain hope for the future, a certain lusting for adventure. You've seen these bright blue eyes before. For a moment, Bella's hair turns to a dark brown and her skin a creme color. Lilienne. "That's okay though!" Bella says, her hair reverting to its blonde color and her skin lightening in tone. "That's okay, that's okay! We'll just have to make a quick stop before we go to Jaota to get some guns. I love shopping for guns. Do you have any cash on you?" she asks as she enters your ship with you.

Arn watched forlornly as the expected reaction came out, and all hope seemed to drain away of him making this woman a friend. But then, he felt his face reddening and he inadvertantly cursed under his breath and whispered, "Lili..." The word pained him. Why was the woman haunting him so? He thought he'd left her behind. He felt relieved when Bella moved on and the illusion faded. He fingered at the credit card in his pocket when she asked about his funds. "Only ten credits. This is my first day outside of Earth, so..." He felt a little bit ashamed as he closed the cockpit door behind her.

"Oh, I'm sure you must /love/ being away from that place," Bella says, "I wasn't born on Earth myself. I like watching the Western movies from there though." For a moment, she thinks about your relative lack of cash. "Okay, I know where we can get guns for your ship. No need to worry about paying," she says with a smile. She sits down at the edge of your pilot's seat's right armrest. You can see she's being careful not to push any of the buttons with her nice little butt. "It's a bit cramped in here," she says, switching on your holographic computer and selecting a destination for you. "I'll go wait in one of your other rooms. Let me know when we get there," she tells you, getting up and walking off to another part of the ship.

Arn nodded. "I left a lot behind. Pretty willingly, actually." He listened patiently as she spoke. "I personally preferred Sci-Fi. Star Trek, for example," he piped in. "Are you sure? I should at least put some credits into it." He nodded and avoided staring when she sat. "Ah, well. I'll let you be my First Mate, then. Not that I have room for more, but... When I do, you'll be in charge of them all." Jaeger sat down when she moved from the seat and started the Enterprise. "And Bella," he called, "it's nice to have you aboard." When they set off, Arn made sure to remove the ad he set up from StarAds.

Bella giggles and smiles at you. Something about her laugh and her smile make it seem like she's laughing at you. Must be something you said, but you're sure what it was. "Oh, I can't wait to be in charge of everyone who steps foot in here," she says, giggling again. There's a bit of sarcasm in her voice, as though she believes she won't be staying here very long. The ship starts up and you warp off to the destination Bella set for you, called "Greg's Gun Gallery." When you arrive there, it's a fairly small little building. It almost looks like a metal shack floating around in space. You wouldn't know it's a gun shop without that metal sign on top that says "Greg's Gun Gallery." There's a very small parking lot off to the side, with one ship there already.

Arn frowned. He was growing to like the girl, but now it seemed as though she didn't quite like him back. "Yeah... you do that." The explorer watched the shop come into sight. "Bella! We're here!" he called as he docked in the parking spot.

Bella pokes her head into the cockpit to see out the windshield. "Great! I'll go talk to the guy inside. You can stay here or follow me, whatever you want," she says. Without waiting for a response from you, she exits your ship and starts to head into the shop.

Inside, the Gun Gallery is as small as it looked from the outside. Actually, it looks like it might be even smaller. The place is dimly lit. Bella looks back at you, seeming a bit surprised you decided to follow. She turns and continues into the Gun Gallery. The small, two-roomed building consists of the room you're currently in, and a bathroom in the back. That's it. The room you're in has a desk just ahead with a cash register and a bearded man standing behind the register. Behind the man are a bunch of guns, both for your hands and for your ship, on display. They're all shoddy-looking. Bella walks across the dirty wooden floor and stops in front of the counter. Then, you see something you weren't expecting. Something that may make you wish you'd stayed in the ship. Part of Bella's prosthetic right arm opens up, just at the front of her wrist. From it, a polished silver metal device comes out, attached to some sort of metal cable that's extending the device to her hand. Once there, the device unfolds itself, and parts of it extend outward. Before you know it, the device has turned into a revolver-like weapon, the cable attached to the bottom of the grip. Bella currently has the gun pointed to the bearded man's head. You can see now why that accountant is scared of her. "Open up the display case and bring all the ship weapons outside," she orders. The bearded man nods and digs around in the desk in front of him for a key. Bella turns for a moment to look at you. "You can pick out whatever gun you want for yourself, too," she tells you with a smile. While she's still looking at you, you notice the bearded man pulling out a shotgun from behind the desk.
