To clarify what this title is trying to convey, I'll go into a bit of detail with a list of features this would provide us.
Firstly, you can set these restrictions between All; Following, Followers, and Friends; Following and Friends; Friends
-Ability to restrict view of your inventory(also stopping trades if set to NoOne)

*Allows users to stop endless trades for items

*False bragging, perhaps?
-Ability to restrict profile viewing.

*Again, can prevent some types of bullying.
*Will allow the user to escape harassment by other users completely.
*Will give freedom to the users who wish to have a bit more anonymity.

-Ability to block users from trading with you, but not communicating.
[PROS]

*You can prevent annoying users from spamming trades to you, but if you would like to maintain contact, you can.

-Add "Busy" to the Online/Offline feature.

*This allows users to tell other users without completely stopping them from doing so; don't bother me!

More anonymity = less easier moderation.
More anonymity = more chance to flame other users who can't see your profile.
