Ive had it happen before and I have no idea how I fixed it or if it just fixed itself so I could really use some pointers. Anyway, when I go to open a game Roblox player starts up and says its loading, then the window goes away and my internet completely crashes. I mean when I look at the available wifi networks mine isnt even listed there and it will stay off for about a minute before re appearing with limited access which it could stay like for anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour+. If you have any ideas of what I could do please tell me!!! ~Thanks

Sorry for the late response but this might fix your problem. 1) Press the start menu and type in "Windows Firewall with Advanced Security" and open it. 2) On the left side press the "Inbound rules" button. 3) On the right side in the "Actions tab' press "New Rule..." 4) Check program and press next, press "Browse..." with the "This program path:" box checked. 5) Go to your "(C:)" drive, then find "Users", then press your computers user, go to "AppData" and if it is not there, open up a libraries folder and go to "(C:)" drive, press "Organize" in the top left and click "Folder and search options" then press the "View" tab up the top and under "Hidden files and folders" tick the box saying "Show hidden files, folders, drives" now from AppData in the Windows firewall program you must go to "Local" and find the folder "Roblox" and then "Versions", for me you press the bottom version. Just make sure the ""RobloxPlayerBeta" is just a plain roblox "R" with red outline, now double click "RobloxPlayerBeta" if it is just a plain roblox "R" as I said earlier. 6) Now press "Next" and click the box "Allow the connection", press "Next" again and check all of these boxes, now press next and name it "Roblox", click finish. If this did not work, go to "(C:)" drive, "Users", your user, "AppData", "Local", "Roblox", "logs" and delete all of the text files. Now go back to "AppData" and then go to "LocalLow" now "RbxLogs" delete anything in there if things are in there. If none of these work go onto "cmd" and type in "ping roblox.com" and tell me the results.

No, it's ROBLOX. There is a connection issue. They will fix it though.

Pinging roblox.com [69.172.201.47] with 32 bytes of data: Request timed out. Request timed out. Request timed out. Request timed out. Ping statistics for 69.172.201.47: Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss), This was after I went into the command prompt and paste what you said, I had trouble with your other suggestion.

There is definitely something wrong. Go to "speedtest.net" and test your internet connection on the place closest to you and make sure it is with the isp you use. Tell me your download speed and upload speed.

Got it Ping: 28ms Download: 34.59 Mbps Upload: 24.02 Mbps If the results are affected by the fact that my computer is currently down the hall and in a separate room from the router I can move it out to the router if needed.

That is pretty good, I think that means roblox is blocked by the firewall so try to do my steps on what to do, or if you cannot, look up "How to add a rule to firewall" on youtube.
