Charged for builders club twice on monthly subscription

I'm paying for monthly Turbo Builders Club and have been for quite a few months now. On the 18th, the fee was paid ($16) and 3 days later on the 21st, another $17 came up for the builders club. Anyone know why? I might cancel my subscription if this continues or am not refunded.

You sure that you don't have a TBC subscription on some other account that you're not aware of?

Possibly ROBLOX got confused and never documented the fee. You can bring this up to them, and if you have proof of purchase you can also show them that. The problem is, ROBLOX is such a horrible site when it comes to maintaining business.
