I cant play a ROBLOX game. HELP!

I cant play a Roblox game. if I click 'play' it loads and it says ''You're moments away from getting into the game!'' Then I click on ''Download and install ROBLOX''. Then in my download bar it says: ''Roblox Player Launcher .exe'' If i click on it it wil load for ages. PLEASE HELP!

So i play ROBLOX on my laptop and there it still wont work. It just loads and loads and loads. But on the PC that my family especially uses it actually works! Its still weird that it wont work on my laptop...
