One of these hasn't been done recently, but I think most of you know how it works. Names, divisions and allies are listed here and you just need to review them. It doesn't matter whether you just do it out of 10 or write a comprehensive paragraph or completely skip people, but don't bother spending years on this. It's really simple stuff and we thank you in advance for sharing your opinions.
It is probably worth noting that Emeritus, Diplomats and people that are at ranks mostly as an honour are omitted.

mrtotempole- One of the coolest guys out there and really you should be a Colonel again. You've been one of my best friends for longer than I bother to remember. & as always cc ftw
TwilightFox- Haven't seen you recently and I never really got to know you, but you had some really good, effective trainings.
Pokemonpro123- Not really sure what to say, I don't feel I know you all that well. You're a good MR, you host host, but I feel you still have things to learn.
aguaroNrooney- I'm really not sure you're ready for the power that has been bestowed upon you. With that powers comes, as Spiderman said, great responsibility and I can't say you've been entirely responsible. You have also superseded your power multiple times now and that is simply not acceptable. I'm not saying you're the only one, but you do it the most.
Scriws- I honestly have no idea who you are and I've only seen you host, like, once. Unless you're an alt of someone.
Sofapoppin- You're all around one of the best UAF members out there. You have all the qualities you should. You could probably do with hosting a bit more, but then, we probably all could. Just keep doing what you're doing.
--Colonels--
Bakuganchamp7- As a colonel you should host more, but all you do for UAF on the development side is just about irreplaceable.
Scorpiosis- Since school started up I haven't seen you as much which I suppose is understandable, but you've got to keep up hosting at least on weekends. You haven't hosted since October... and cc represent
RW3- You don't really host enough anymore, but you do some decent building and you're improving a little, finally. You still need to work on your fighting and your leadership, but neither of those can really be helped much anymore.
shortextrememan123- You've been a really cool friend for a really long time and you host a decent amount. Not usually trainings, but you're one of the few Colonels to host raids, which is great. & cc ftw
Oriyana- I'll assume school, but I'm really not sure what happened to you. You used to be the model Colonel for activity, but then you just about disappeared.
Auspicate- You've brought back at least some Asian activity and you've given me someone to talk to when I randomly stay up until 4 am, so thank you for that. You've been a great friend & cc ftw
UrbanPhoenix- You're my favorite revolutionary. We've had our differences in the past, but I'm glad we've gotten past them to finally be friends. Sometimes you seems just a bit insane & it's just absolutely amazing. You could probably do with a bit more hosting, though, but with all that you do for UAF, you should really be a General by now.
MortifiedDelegation- Diggy, before you left for a bit, you were always my favorite HR and now, after you've come back, I'm so lucky to count you among my best friends. You're probably one of the best Colonels, but only when you do host, which I must say, you don't do particularly often.
ResilientSpirit- You're a really fantastic person, but you haven't really done anything since October. You've got to get active again.

Acestrum- I know you're busy in real life, but there is currently no one in any real form of active administrative position and if False isn't going to do it, you better step up. The 2ic should be an active member of the clan and well, you're not.
Falsewarrior000- We have some very differing opinions right now and the politics of it all are something I know I wont win, but something that I wont ever stand for. I no opinions that you want to hear.
--Divisions & Allies--
Preliators- Heard we had some skirmishes going on again. I'm really glad Prel is getting active again, albeit slowly.
Phoenix Technologies- Out of the twenty something people in PT, there's what, 4 or 5 people that are actually active in the division and even worse, only 3 people that are actually allowed to do anything. Maybe it was just with some of the previous projects that a select team was needed, but PT needs to be more collaborative so we can get things done more effectively.
Peoples' Operations- This was supposed to be the direct link between the high ranks and the general population of UAF. However when the leader, the leader of all people, can't barely be bothered to shout questions, let alone host meetings he promised, it's not going to work. PO needed reforms a looong time ago & the worst part is that they almost certainly wont be coming.
Urban Courier- I lead it, what exactly do you expect me to say? We do really cool things and write some of the coolest stories. Join today if you're any good at writing or if you want to be the first notified of our stories!
Roblox Assault Team- You guys are pretty cool and I'm so glad our relations have remained good enough, if a bit strained, despite all of the, well, wars and invasions.
Frost Clan- Haven't hosted much with you, but you guys are pretty cool.
Clockwork Corporation- I'll be 100% honest, I don't entirely like the promotion system you guys have. Maybe I'm just new and don't understand, but, yeah, I don't know. You guys seem to be getting good again & I'm glad to be on your side.
Dominion of Valyria- TGI was cool & UAF is cool, so I guess a bunch of TGI & UAF must be pretty cool, too. But other than that, I really don't know who you guys are.

Majors Overall: Three are nowhere to be found. 3/7 is a pretty terrible ratio when it comes to HRs being active, let alone being good at what they're doing. However, the four that I have seen are very mature, seem to be strong leaders and fighters, and show promise. Still, in need of a partial reform.

Bakuganchamp7: 7th -- Really need to fix the base; incredible builder though. I feel like you're more behind the scenes, but you seem incredibly inactive.
Scorpiosis: (t)4th -- Need to do more, I have seen you around some though. Liked the most recent training you hosted, should host more. Active in internal stuff.
RW3: 2nd -- My personal favorite, great leader, good trainings, very personable/approachable, well known and liked. Hope to continue to revive the UC with you.
