The following document contains information to changes I would like to see happen to RAF. These may or may not be implemented into RAF. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 2\\] Acceptance Process Currently in RAF, I’ve noticed getting accepted into the division is not hard at all. Once accepted you take a test and you’re certified to fly all aircraft. Below will be a checklist that must be followed to be accepted. [] 1. Certification of Boot Camp. (screen shot) [] 2. Teach how to pilot all aircraft. [] 3. Flight test of all aircraft. (5-minute practice) [] 4. If passed all three steps you will then be accepted. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 3\\] Ranks Below will contain a list of rank changes. Airman Senior Airman Staff Sergeant Master Sergeant Senior Master Sergeant Chief Master Sergeant Lieutenant General General ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 4\\] Rank Privileges Currently, the rank structure is a mess, below will be a list of the ranks and their privileges to filter out the new members. Airman – Pilots permitted to only flying the Blackhawk Helicopter. (Unless told otherwise by an HR) Senior Airman – Pilots permitted to flying the Stallion Helicopter. (Unless told otherwise by an HR) Staff Sergeant – Pilots permitted to flying the A-10. (Unless told otherwise by an HR) Master Sergeant – Skilled pilots in every aircraft, may fly any aircraft. (Unless told otherwise by an HR) Senior Master Sergeant – Supervisor. Chief Master Sergeant – Supervisor of all Air Force operation in the sky and ground. Airman – Pilots specialized and most skilled in the Blackhawk Helicopter. Senior Airman – Pilots specialized and most skilled in the Stallion Helicopter. Staff Sergeant – Pilots specialized and most skilled in the A-10 Fighter Jet. Master Sergeant – Veteran pilots skilled in every aircraft.
