For many months I have been away, and in that time, RSF has fallen into disrepair. A clan once know for its brilliant community and massive coalition capabilities has been brought to its knees. Activity is on the brink of death. Our alliances have been largely destroyed. Our community has been replaced with a group of individuals, many of whom, lack any sort of loyalty or devotion to RSF's success at a prosperous future.
This undoing is largely my fault. I feared that with a leadership change, RSF would permanently crumble into oblivion through a series of leadership changes which I witnessed so many other superclans go through until they ceased to be a memory. I believe that although I would be away for some time, my imminent return would guarantee RSF to once again rise up and return to its former glory. However, in my absence, the state of the clan is worse off than I anticipated and little progression has been made. With every power but exilation at their fingertips, a number of the members of the high command chose to consume RSF's hours toward removing me instead of fighting wars, advancing our foreign affair interests, recruiting members, and bringing any form of progression to RSF. I understand my absence was a severe inconvenience, but with nearly every power at your disposal, your own actions, not the title of "Leader" would have made RSF better. I blame myself first and foremost, but I am no scapegoat. I thank those few of you who remained strong and loyal through these tough times. It is you I have come back for, and it is you who I hope take over RSF in the upcoming weeks.
Although we have been through terrible times, with every sunset comes a sunrise. The past is the past, something to be learned from and something which in this case I hope to never repeat. I understand my dormancy is no longer an option. When I must go back to inactivity, another leader will be at RSF's helm- presiding over a clan which has been already restored to its former activity. And so now our rise to power begins.
So let it be known that RSF's return is now. My return is now. This rise is happening regardless of any sort of immature resistance or opposition I meet. I value the input and opinions of the high-ranks who remain, and I hope to have many of you onboard on bringing RSF up from its knees. However any absolute resistance I meet on returning RSF to the top will be struck down. Everyone can have a destiny in turning a new RSF into a group in the way they want to see it. But I have a destiny too, and if you wish to waste my time complaining about the statistics that I will evaporate into the air once again, I will end your destiny in RSF.
NOW THAT WE'VE GOTTEN THAT OUT OF THE WAY, discussion upon the exact nature of our revival will be discussed.
I spent a long time while I was away devising a complicated half-military half-domestic group scheme. However, I've come to the realization that in our dire state, complication is not what we need. To explode in activity over night, we need to return to our origins, to our roots. Simplicity will guide these prerequisite reforms. Once we have regained our activity and status, we can then move onto more complicated and expansive reforms.
Here are the details of the initial set of reforms.
1) RSF's original logo from 2009 will be remade and used.
2) One new uniform based off of the original RSF uniform will be made, to unite all of us under one identity.
3) A new base, small in size, will be constructed using Fort Clypeus. It will be extremely well made, and will not give annoying gameplay advantages to players who buy vip passes.
4) A new training holo will be made, with beneficial small map schemes. The place will focus on fundamental battle strategy, and will incorporate RSF's connection to the environment within it, unlike past holos which have been in the middle of space.
5) All current high-ranks will be demoted. A selective council handpicked by myself will oversee these first initial reforms. A promotion system will then be devised, as to bring new high-ranks up the ranks.
Once these initial steps have been completed, a new ad exemplifying our return will be constructed, and I will personally campaign the living bejesus out of our base and our group. With an extreme influx in new members, a new generation will be born, old members will join once again, and RSF's rise to power will begin once again. Then we can begin the fun.
I hope to see as many of you onboard as possible. Our future begins now.
