You see this quite often on the popular games section. "Adopt a baby and have a family in the town of robloxia" Codester Productions even ranted about this. Adopting isn't against the rules but have/making a baby on ROBLOX is against the rules. Julius Coles even got banned for that. He did brake the rules though.
Also, most of the games that are like that are basically a copy of the Town Of Robloxia. Most of the "adopt a baby and have a family in the town of robloxia". Most of them including Julius Coles one are basically free models. This means that they took/copied 1dev2's game.
The thing is, what they are doing is just changing the title so that they can't get banned on ROBLOX. Copying places should be a ban, so should misleading games. One of the misleading games was "Pass Your Drivers Test" people spectre that to be a game with cars when really it was just an obby.
Most of these people that make games that are copied (not naming anyone for reasons) basically have no ideas so they just decide to copy someone else's idea. 1dev2 got hacked and then someone probably Jaredvaldez took his game which is TOR (Town Of Robloxia).
People who make misleading games, copied games etc make tix and probably robux from you. Julius Cole had about 11m+ on his copied Town Of Robloxia. Is this fair? In my opinion it isn't. People who copy games probably don't have good ideas and decide to take some else's game, like I said.
Games take really long to make and then you see someone just copying it when they haven't done anything.. You should be banned for copying games and banned for misleading titles it's not fair. If you made a really good game for example and then someone copies your game. You put all your hard work in to that game and then someone just copies your game. Wouldn't you be mad? I would be.
I'm not going to name people who do this but people say they "made" the game but it's really just free models. You can always find the original straight away. If it's cars, houses, beaches etc. And then putting it under your name.. Many of you may know who I'm talking about.
I hope ROBLOX moderators read this and I hope they will discuss is in the near future. |

I don't even play those games I'm basically saying that they are misleading. It attracts ODers which is against the rules because ROBLOX isn't a dating site. Basically these games should be banned because it is basically attracting some ODers and like I said its against the rules. |

Some months correct but Julius Cole and Jaredvaldez earned lots of place visits just by copying games. Plus they always made numerous accounts so they could just keep copying and copying more games. |

True, true he also said that 1dev2 copied him. Which really isn't true. He said in a video "I hope ROBLOX HQ gets bombed my nuclear bombs" I think Julius Cole just wanted to be known by everybody on ROBLOX. But he's known for a bad thing so.. |

He did make nasty places and I think he got banned for that like I said. (What I said previously). You're correct he did get banned for copying but I think he also got banned for breaking the rules on ROBLOX by making a nasty place or something like that. Possibly something inappropriate. |

Second of all, the moderators doesn't care. I recieved a warning for making a thread with a link to a game with 2 persons on a date in the thumbnail. They want money.

You might be right you might be wrong I don't know though. The moderators should care in my opinion because it's basically kind of like a scam. Example; you go in to a game you expect to go on a cart ride instead it's an obby. If ROBLOX moderators don't care then it is quite stupid of them. Many people copy other people's games and take no credit. If someone copied a moderators game I think they would get banned. But if someone copied 1dev2's game they don't get banned.. Although they did get banned sooner or later just not straight away. Like Jaredvaldez and JuliusCole with the Town OF Robloxia. |
