{UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES}
December 2015 Presidential Elections.
Dear Presidential Candidates and Fellow Americans,
Firstly, I’d like to wish all a happy new years! As many of you are fully aware, in the upcoming eleven days, thousands of Americans will flock to polling booths where they will vote for who they desire to lead our great nation for the next six months.
The elections will officially be launched as of, 12/31/2015 and will conclude on the first Saturday of the new year, 01/2/2016. The results of the election will be announced as of when they are counted, baring in mind background checks will be conducted on all voters to ensure no candidate or campaign has endorsed alt making. Similar to the last election, all votes made after 9:00 AM EST on the 01/02/2016 will not counted.
OFFICIAL VOTING RULES
To legally be eligible to cast your vote; you must qualify and abide all the set terms/conditions as listed below.
You must set your primary group to Nightgaladeld’s “The United States of America.”
This must be kept until the elections are concluded on the 01/02/2016.
You may not use alternate accounts to vote
Any candidate to which endorses the use of alts in their campaign will be disqualified.
If you are caught using alternate accounts, both your alts and your main accounts votes will be voided.
In order to gain the ability to officially vast a valid vote, you must not be the following;
Ranked Federal Prison
Ranked Immigrant
You cannot double vote
Double voting will result in your original vote being voided for obvious reasons.
Regardless of your change in mind after casting your vote, you cannot change your votes.
You CANNOT vote more than once.
You CANNOT reward people for voting for a certain candidate.
You MAY NOT break any USA law in the process of the voting, and will instantly be removed.
If you break ANY election rule, your vote will be removed.
You MAY NOT attack any other candidates in any way (AKA AA'ING A CANDIDATES CHAT), if you do, it will result in your vote being removed.
Spamming is PROHIBITED on the wall.
You may only advertise at an official USA city owned by Nightgaladeld, on the wall, a rally by a verified presidential candidate, and you MAY NOT advertise while being on duty as a public servant (police officer, dept director, federal agent) or at unofficial place.
VOTING TERMS AND CONDITION
By physically participating in these elections, either by voting or contributing towards campaigns, you MUST abide all these terms and conditions as listed both above and below. Any candidate which has participated or endorsed the breaking of said rules will result in DISQUALIFICATION. If servere enough, LEGAL ACTION will be taken in a court of law against said candidate.
All votes will be counted by classified individuals to ensure and prevent cheating or threats being made against the individuals.
Any candidate (Presidential or Vice Presidential) to which performs or participates in any illegal action whilst running for the executive officer will result in legal action as well as disqualification from running for the Office of the Presidency.
We reserve the right to change any rule/term/condition at any given moment, prior, during and after the election.
Campaigning on the United States of America group wall is restricted to ONE post PER campaign per page. This is to prevent annoyance and disturbance to the community of the wall.
Use of U.S.A resources (Group Shout, In-game Radio Communications, Official Skype Chats, Official Trellos, etc) may result in disqualification.
The final results will be formally announced on the NUSA group shout by none other that Nightgaladeld/IcySound after 9:00 am (EST; 01/02/2015).
HOW TO OFFICIALLY VOTE
In order to vote for who you desire to swear an oath of office on 01/03/2015, you must visit the following place no sooner than 1/1/2016 no later than 5:00PM EST (PST; 2:00PM).
