Hello Rockport citizens,
I'm here to petition for TheDelroEffect's removal from all positions in the Rockport government, as well as his position as Head of Complaints for the Rockport developers.
TheDelroEffect, abuses, disrespects other people, and is generally lazy as HoC in the development group. He uses his powerful connections to retain power.

If you've ever criticized him before, you know what I'm talking about when I say he disrespects people. He can't take any kind of criticism and instead he shames people. He harasses individuals he doesn't like. He harassed me out of office last summer.
As HoC, he's incredibly lazy. I have 4 pending bills on the Development Resources Trello for a week. I also have 2 bugs for Monica. A few others have presented bills and bugs only to be ignored.
Developers, if you want to know why you have a bad name, it's because of Delro. Get rid of him.

Me and my friend were driving around and we hit a stop sign. Then Delro shot at our car even though I never touched him. Then my friend got arrested for shooting at him even though he was clean. |

He is suspended in RDPS for breaking almost every rule. He thinks he's special; instead he's the laziest and meanest person around. He thinks he's above the law and also he abuses admin.. He needs to be removed from ANY HR position is Rockport. I wish this would have happened earlier. All he wants is to be a HR. He does nothing.
