Welcome to Kestrel, Intern! I am ADLHoratioNelson, currently a manager at the most prestigious clothing brand store in the world. You are probably wondering how to act and what to do and all that, and for some of you, the guides may be no help. I am not going to write a step by step instruction guide for you, but I will attempt to point you in the right direction. Remember, I was once one of you. We all were. Everyone at Kestrel started from the bottem and worked their way up. Remember that. Now, working at Kestrel is really just down to 3 things: A want to work, A want to succeed, and A want to have fun. There is no point in joining and working for Kestrel if you aren't having fun. There is very little right or wrong at Kestrel, if you head to the Homestore and go into the Staff Lounge, you will see on the left wall all the no-nos of Kestrel right there. We expect uniqueness from all our employees, and even more so from our customers. Another thing to remember is that we all come from the same place. We all have the same drive. Just because some are better then others means nothing, because nobody is perfect. I gurantee you that 90% of you out there can destroy me in an obby. Back to the customers for a second, the customers can be categorized into 2 groups: Honest and Dishonest. Honest customers are there to have fun, while dishonest customers are there to troll. We feed off the honest customers. You will meet trollers, when you do, write their name down and send it off the HR. Also remember that your fellow interns are all reading this too, and all know what they want in life: To have fun. As I said in the beginning, if you aren't having fun, get out. Finally, remember this: Be yourself. Do not just act like everyone else. Stand out. Get noticed. Be embarrassed, be happy, be sad, be annoyed, be great, be outstanding, BE A KESTREL EMPLOYEE!
