[-1-] What is [-SFC-]?
[-SFC-] Sword Fighting Community is a community chat. The original idea is based off of Rezdonox's Sword Clan Community. Recently, the sword community has been declining at a steady pace. This group was designed to bring new ideas into the community as well as revive it from what has already been damaged. Several clan leaders and supporters of the community have come up with a plan to put a halt to this drastic drop and redevelop the community.

[-2-] What is the [-SFC-] plan and how will we benefit the community?
The plan [-SFC-] has set up is a 4 stage plan. Stage 1 is awareness; spread the word about the [-SFC-]. Stage 2 is organization; hand out ranks, make sure to aware clan owners about certain things, etc. Stage 3 is revival; we inform people who are not within the range of the sword community, about the sword community, and hopefully recruit them into a sword clan. This stage will take participation from not only [-SFC-] members but hopefully the whole sword community. Also, we will fix any error/situations within the community. Stage 4 is development; we’ve pretty much fixed the community (or a massive chunk) at this point and now it’s time for new ideas to hit he community.
Some of you are probably asking how [-SFC-] benefits the community? It does because the community will be much more organized with this way. With so many new sword clans being made, organization has been sidetracked and lost. When clans want to interact with one another (scrimmages, raids, wars), they barely know what clans to turn to. So, this will be a process where clans don’t have to run all over the place to locate this. Another benefit, the community will now know about their surroundings; wars hackers, exploiter, etc. The rank “spokesman” will be able to notify the [-SFC-] about these things within the community, it’s better to know about your surroundings rather than not know at all.

[-Ranking System-]
This part will come into stage 2, organization. Currently, there are 9 ranks within the [-SFC-]
Awaiting - This rank will be for those who just joined. PM an adjuster or someone above the adjuster to adjust your rank. If you lie about where your rank stands, you will be removed within the [-SFC-].
Representative - A support or a sword clan member. This rank consists of all the people who do not have a role or own a clan.
Fort Inspectors - The people within this role scout the bases. Eventually, we will have a database on everyone's fort within the [-SFC-], including pros and cons.
Group Inspectors - Group inspectors will be people who will inspect groups and notify them what they need work on. Results can vary such as skill, first impressions, member count, activity, etc.
Leader - Even though this is a low rank, it's one of the most important ones. This rank will hold all of the sword clan owners. So that once they join [-SFC-], they notify us, and they will be placed onto the appropriate rank.
Spokesman - Spokesman is the rank that tells you what's going on within the community. If you have any news you'd like to share with the community, private message is to them. Once a week, they will post the top 5 things regarding the sword clan community.
Arbitrator - When conflict occurs between two clans in the [-SFC-], maybe sometimes clans outside the [-SFC-], the people within this rank settle the situation. They will settle conflict, and make sure the most amount of peace between clans are assured. Those within this rank who are biased will be demoted. Let's always try to grasp both sides so that the ending will be as fair as possible. If the situation gets out of hand, it will go to a higher stage in the [-SFC-]
Adjusters - These are the people that put the puzzles into play. They promote whosoever needs to be promoted and demote whoever needs to be demoted. Also, they will have the opportunity to exile every now and then.
Managers - This rank will make sure everything within the [-SFC-] is fine and as peaceful as possible.
Holder - The holder will be the one that makes sure everything is fine and running smooth within the [-SFC-]. The holder will be TrappinIZSavage.
If anyone decides to, abuse their rank power, be biased, or lack on their role, they will be demoted.

What can you do to help repair the community? Simple, spread the word about the [-SFC-]. Stage 1 is all about awareness and it doesn't have to automatically end once it's complete, [-SFC-] will keep growing, for future sword clan members/leaders. Together, we can rebuild the community.

Together, we can make the sword community an extremely better place and develop the community to its highest peak.

The [-SFC-] will not join WCoR. I have checked the alliances of WCoR multiple times and it's mostly gun clans. The sword community is slowly falling and I plan to revive it. WCoR is a mixture of guns and swords. I prefer to keep our distance at a range. We can be allied if you'd like, but I put lot's of time and thought into this process to just easily merge. |

You're going to kill your community by distancing yourself. I bet you don't agree with adding more melee types to sword clans.
And to add to this, I have several big name sword clans and OF 70 clans 46 of the clans use swords, some with guns some with not.
By mixing communities you are killing off yours from properly rebuilding. |
