1. Promotion System
Promotions will be awarded to the ones who show strong personality traits such as leadership and helpfulness. Promotions will be awarded at group events such as trainings and raids or even rallies. To gain an instant promotion when you join the group, buy the uniform and post on the wall. Here you shall be promoted. Promotion in trainings and raids will be awarded on the base of skills in the art of sword, guns and obbys as well as the discipline showed. Promotions in rallies or meeting will be based on your contribution, activeness in the group and intellectual thoughts.

SECTION 1 - Rules for all members
1. All members are to show respect to other members and allies of all ranks. Failure to show due respect to a commanding officer is viewed as insubordination.
Punishment Ranking: 1-3
2. If you discover that another member has violated one of the rules of this document, you are to report it immediately to an available high ranking person. Proof in the form of visuals or witness statements are required when making allegations.

3. Acting inappropriately or disorderly is viewed as an offence worthy of point removal regardless of rank. When enforcing this rule, HRs should confer with others of similar rank before passing judgment.

4. Harassing an officer with the aim of receiving favor, rank or other personal gains is absolutely forbidden and intolerable. Doing so will result in severe punishment as seen fit by the department of discipline.

5. Members are expected and required to follow every command issued by a higher ranking officer to the letter. In the event that an order is unlawful, or a violation of other rules, the issuing HR is to be reported immediately to a superior ranking person.

6. Lying and/or deceiving high ranks is intolerable. Doing so comes with severe penalty.

7. Exploiting is strictly forbidden and is a clear violation of ROBLOX rules. Those found beyond reasonable doubt to be guilty of this offence will be exiled with due haste and reported to ROBLOX using the correct channels.

8. Weapons with the ability to teamkill must be used responsibly and within the boundaries of rules. Abuse of such privilege will lead to removal from the division of which the privilege is derived and demotion or point removal within the main division.

9. Attempting to bribe HRs will result in steep penalty. HRs found accepting bribes will be punished especially harshly. Offenders should be immediately reported to a senate+.

10. When representing us you may not engage in hostile interactions with any clan that is not on the Iridium Force's main division enemy list without authorisation from a senate+.

11. Disrespect, flame, or other inappropriate treatment of hostile players is forbidden. Those found to be acting in a manner deemed inappropriate by an HR will be punished accordingly.

12. If you receive divisional privilege to enter a restricted area, you are prohibited from giving access to anyone who does not have such privilege without the approval of HRs.

13. Fighting and disputes on the wall is disallowed. Be respectable and civil at all times when posting on the group wall.

SECTION 2 - Rules for high-ranking officers
1. As a high ranking official, you are expected to be on your best behavior when on-duty. You are to set a good example for the lower ranks and obey every rule stated in this guide, or suffer severe punishment.

2. You are not to be abusive with any administrative powers at any official place of Vortex Security and/or during official group events.
Punishment Ranking: 3
3. If you are hosting an official event, such as a training session or meeting, you must use one of the facilities on the group servers. NO WERE ELSE.

4. All high ranking officers are expected to perform their assigned duties competently and aid other members when they are in need. Failure to follow this essential task without due cause will undoubtedly lead to demotion to lower ranking.

5. As a HR, you are expected to maintain activity or face demotion.

6. It is ill-advised to disable your personal messages on ROBLOX or otherwise restrict members’ contact with you. Remember that you are in place to serve them, and not the other way around. Note: This does not apply to officers who have a clear alternative means of communication established on their profile.

SECTION 3 - Rules for Iridium Forces Events
1. In the event that the highest ranking official present may not have administrative powers during an official event, subordinate members are still bound by rules and required to follow commands.

2. During a training session, you may not question the trainer’s decisions in awarding promotion. Pestering the trainer about their decisions on whom to reward will result in demotion.

3. Only the host of an event may use administrative powers. High ranking officials may not use administrative powers without the explicit consent of the host .

4. During rallies, maturity and subordination are expected. Silence is also expected unless given permission to speak otherwise by the host or a high rank.
