Expectation of New Trainees~
We expect new trainees to use proper grammar at all times while on any Cafe A places. Trainees should be using the recipe guide* to learn how to make the drinks; if you still have trouble making the drinks ask your fellow Senior Baristas if they’ll show you how to make it, they’ll be more than glad to assist. You should also greet people that come up to your register, model and personalize your greeting around this example. Also use CTRL+V to paste it into the ROBLOX chatbar. [COMMAND+V FOR MAC USERS]

~Promotions~
For the time being we use a points system, once you achieve enough points to be promoted; message a HR on the ROBLOX site and ask them to promote you. It would help to send us a screenshot using prntscr or gyazo as well showing proof of your points. Later on we’ll transition into a training system. This guide will be updated once that transition has been made explaining what new trainees to do during these training sessions. For now, take a look at our points system guide to know the exact details of how to get promoted.
~Summary~
Simply being active and working behind the counter will get you promoted the fastest way possible; asking HRs for promotions when you don’t have enough points for promotions will hurt your chances of rising up through the ranks beyond SB and hanging around MRs & HRs won’t get you any promotions and may result in warning or demotion if done constantly.
