TRAININGS!
Low Rank trainings-
When joining GAR you will be a cadet until you attend a training and preform well. This can be an all rank training or cadet training. Remember just because you attend doesn't mean you'll get the rank. Once you reach trooper you'll begin your real career in GAR working with your Legion or Corps. Trainings are a great way to bond with friends and rank up so I recommend you go to as many as possible. Remember going to trainings doesn't ensure any promotions and only 3 hard working troopers can earn promotions per training, (or less if the Trainer feels no one deserves them)
Middle Ranks Trainings-
When you reach Sergeant Major you are officially a junior Middle rank or middle rank. This means regular trainings can no longer rank you up, but you can lead patrols and even host with High rank supervision. Remember when hosting to lay down the rules and stay mature at all times. To rank up as an Middle rank you have to attend "officer trainings" These can only be hosted by an High rank and are the toughest trainings and require a large amount of discipline. Only one promotion will be handed out per Middle rank training so be sure to work your hardest. Middle ranks can also earn promotions from showing great leadership in raids or patrols so remember to stay active!
Lieutenant-Battalion Commander-
If you have reached this rank, you have what it takes to be an HR and know how to train. You are to supervise Middle rank's training and host officer trainings often. Remember your shaping up the next line of HR's so do your best in training!
PROMOTIONS!!!
Everyone's favorite thing but not the only thing that matters. Before you get heavily involved in GAR ask yourself if your doing it for the promotions or to have a great time and support a fun group. I speak from experience, do not just work for promotions. Make friends and enjoy your time at GAR for a much better experience.
LR Ranks promotions work like this, you do well in trainings and raids, you earn promotions. If you are patrolling the base often chances are you'll encounter a raid. These are a great wait to get promoted by following officers orders and preforming well, or if you are a corporal even leading a small squad into battle. 3 Promotions are given each training so don't get discouraged if you miss out on one. Legion trainings can give you promotions in GAR but not often so go to them to bond with your legion and rank up within your legion rather then GAR.
Middle ranks, well congrats on making it this far but sadly it's only going to get harder from here. You have shown High ranks and Middle ranks what it takes to reach this rank and are now ready to begin your journey to High rank. Middle ranks can receive promotions only once a week so be warned that going to multiple officer trainings in the same week when already earning a promotion isn't helpful. MR's can also earn promotions though by hosting often and displaying leadership skills while hosting or showing leadership in raids and patrols. Keep working and eventually you'll make High rank
EXPECTATIONS
Now that you are in GAR there are some orders and things we expect you to follow AT ALL TIMES!!! One of the most important is wearing your armor at base. When your at base your on duty, you don't want armor go play some other game.
Grammar is expected from all troopers at all times when on base. Using faces is not allowed.
You are expected to be mature and a good sport to any raiders. You are not to curse them out or flame at them if they win, instead congratulate them and move on training to become better. If a raider is flaming or being rude to you, tell an HR because if you take matters into your own hands, you might be demoted.
NEEDLESS COMMANDS
Next you will follow any of the orders the officers give you. These are to test you on how quickly you can respond to your orders, and how accurately you can. If you do not understand your orders, just say "Permission to speak," and ask them about what you don't understand. For example, the officer may chat:
All soldiers are to line up at the shooting range right away!
FYI: If you are GAR with the z-6, you miss-use this, you will be given a warning. You do it again. You will be kicked. A third time will end up in either a demotion or ban from the server.
RANK DESCRIPTIONS

Trooper- Time to choose a legion and keep working for Middle Rank
corporal/Sergeant-Take a squad out in a raid, keep working hard at trainings
Sergeant Major- Junior Middle Rank, time to host your first training and attend an officers training
Lt-F.Comamnder- Host trainings, attend officer trainings, show leadership and respect
J.Commander-F.Marhsal- Junior High ranks, host your own trainings or supervise cadet trainings, with High rank supervision you can host officer trainings
OFFICER AND MR RANKS
What exactly do the officers of GAR do. They show patience and work with Low ranks and are the overall leadership of GAR. They are expected to be mature at all times and work their arses off whenever on base or hosting a training. To get to the Middle ranks is an accomplishment so be proud and if your still an Low Rank, respect these men, they worked hard.
Middle Ranks and officers not only have the job of hosting, but leading patrols, raids, and defenses. If you see an Middle Rank or officer, you are to call them Sir or Ma'am unless told otherwise. Do not call them by their roblox names unless in a casual environment, remember these are your superiors, they respect you so please show them the respect they deserve.
BATTALIONS AND LEGIONS
Between all legions there is always a rivalry as to which legion is "better" In truth they are all great and have great commanders, but it's not really the commanders but rather the troopers that make up the quality of a legion. Attend legion trainings, rank up to become an officer in your legion or join a company and become GARs best legion.
Remember to choose your legion wisely because leaving and joining another legion is a big NO!!! This can result in demotion to cadet or even exile. If you so badly wish to transfer for whatever reason (we hope that you don't transfer) then you are to talk to your commander who will then talk to either the Marshal commander or General of the armies.
CONCLUSION
Is this group worth it? That’s up to you. How you spend your time in the group and make friends and attend trainings is all your choice. I had a great time and still do with GAR and I hope you can have the same experience I've had.
Just remember follow this guide and you'll do fine.
Please Private message an High rank on any questions you might have
