I think it would be a good idea to make the "Change your username" cost less or make it free for veteran ROBLOX members. A price I think would be ok would be 450 robux.

name change is 1K and people already change their names too often, making it harder for new players to choose a name.

there are veterans who have not spent a dime while playing on ROBLOX. Why should they get extra?
And lower it to 450? No, the amount of backlash is so huge that it's ridiculous how you didn't catch it.
You're just another impatient person who can't wait till 1K. No, it's not changing. After all of these stupid suggestions about lowering the price, they're clearly not gonna lower it because that shows that it's having an effect. Another reason why is because this was previously a WNTS feature, but it's been compromised to 1K, so at least the feature is even around.
you can afford to spend 10 extra dollars max if you don't like your current username that much.

If you could change your name for free but have to wait like 30 to 60 days to change it again that would be ok. Even if It costs only 100R$ at least have them wait to change their name again! |

1k is pretty cheap for a name change, tbh. Maybe if people were bothered to actually earn the robux they want, nobody would be complaining.
And if roblox made it free for veteran members, everyone would have, like, atleast 100 name changes.

the thing is, so many people on roblox have changed their names once,twice or more than that for 1k. if roblox was to lower it to a different price, the forums or whole website will riot about 'wasting 1k' 'i want a refund' etc.

All username changes cost 1000 ROBUX for a good reason. It takes ROBUX out of circulation.
I mean, none can take your previous usernames. I'm pretty sure that only you can take that username. However, making it free wouldn't help anything. It's good to have it at 1000 ROBUX. It'll stay like that, forever.
The ROBLOX community is composed of fun-loving, kind and great human beings. Well, some of it. Right?!??! |
