I can accept that women are not oppresed, or even that they are equal to men completely and utterly. However, the proposition that they have more rights than men seems rather fishy.

I think they have equal rights as-is. However, the punishment for men can be a bit unjust, but I wouldn't exactly classify that as a 'right', instead that would just be a fallacy in the judicial system.

Well, for starters, there's very limited research for female heart disease compared to male heart disease. There's also a severe underrepresentation of women in high paying jobs. Reproductive rights for women are also constantly under attack, and human trafficking, which affects women more than anyone, is still alive and well. And on the subject of human trafficking, women who work "The world's oldest profession" tend to live their lives in fear due to the high possiblity of getting assaulted without any hope of recourse.
Also, there's still ultra-conservative parts of the country where women are treated like cattle and rampantly discriminated against.

C0ndoms are still the most popular contraceptive by far.
If by "reproductive rights" you meant the choice to ab0rting a human life after deciding to conceive one, that's a whole different story. What about the child's right to a life?

Explain to me how having the opportunity to sell yourself to survive in a poor economic background is oppression when men don't even get that opportunity at all? When worst comes to the worst, women could become human trafficking victims whilst men just starve on the streets.
