It's too generalized and never accomplishes anything.
It's a nice idea, sure, but that's it. After all, it's a philosophy and not a movement.
In my experience, people bring it up to say how morally superior they are to feminism or whatever.
egalitarianism sounds alright and then you see the people who call themselves such. also human rights is a trash concept

Such an ideology is virtually impossible to be fully-implemented within the concrete reality of civilization.
Inequality is the instinctual basis for civil-structure and economic balance.
Although Feminism is apparently wanting fair rights, i don't think that that is what most followers want, egalitarianism is the answer here.
