On Sunday the Third of this Year, after I seen the new Star Wars movie, I had taken a Nap at 10 PM and woke up at 11. That was the week School returned. So, I went to bed, but I couldn't sleep. I tried every single remedy I knew, and nothing worked. The Second Night however, I slept fine. But, that was because I didn't take a nap that day. So, the next day, I felt tired and made the same mistake again and took a nap. I couldn't sleep that Night either. That led Me to believe it was the naps that are causing this. So I took no Naps Today whether or not I got 4 hours of sleep. And now, I can't sleep again. Can OT give me tips on how to Sleep again? |
