get ignored for a week and get a reply saying "Your "no reason" termination is true. We believe this because we don't know and don't care about one person."

Chances are slim to lift a ban such as that, if you actually manged to get a ban you had to do something really bad. In all my 6 years or so I never got a ban that bad
