Civilian Businesses are going to be something new that will be implemented in Reykjavik and any other games of Iceland we might implement in the future

[HOW IT WILL WORK:] Civilian Businesses will be businesses that are completely run by civilians. Civilian Businesses' will be able to collect all revenue that comes to their group, and since we currently don't have taxes, they will get all of the revenue. The group will be owned by a CEO, and not by me (The group founder). That also means that any robux collected by the group, from things like Shirts and other group items, will be kept for the Business.

[HOW TO MAKE A CIVILIAN BUSINESS:] If you are going to create a civilian business, please send me (TotallyJustin) a Private message titled Civilian Business. The message send me a link to the group. Your business will also need a building, I will get to that later

[REQUIREMENTS FOR A CIVILIAN BUSINESS:] Requirements for a business
1: The Business should own a roblox group
2: The Business should have bought a building in Reykjavik (Will explain later)
3: The Business' member count should be more than 20

[HOW TO GET A BUILDING FOR YOUR BUSINESS:]
Getting a building will be the most tricky part of starting a business, but it will work something like this:
1: Send me and a developer a image of the building you want, and give us an idea of what you want
2: Or you can bid on a pre-made building, I will give a list of special buildings which will be sold.

[SPECIAL BUILDINGS:]
Radio Station: Will have the ability to send out messages to all players in a special GUI called a "Radio". The radio station will also have the ability to play music, and players will have the option to turn up the volume or turn it down. Bidding for the Radio Station will start at 300 Robux
Airport: The Airport will be sold in sections, certain Airlines can buy certain sections of the Airport. Airplanes will be provided, but the starting bid for one section will be 500 robux.
Food stands: Food stands are self explanatory, food will be provided, and you can turn the stands into something else if you want. They cost 75 robux.
I'll be adding more Special Buildings, but that is the jist of the Civilian Businesses.
