Does anyone know how to get an admin to groups?

This one player "JoeTheSponge" has been repeatedly spamming, swearing, bullying, etc. and I want to know how to get an admin to the group, so they can permaban them. They've been doing this for months, and his previous account was already terminated.

Yes I did report him. Yesterday (when I last had this issue), I found out that he got banned for 3 days. He'll be back though... And I'm an acquaintance of the owner, Cindering, but not necessarily a "close friend". Either way, I meant a ROBLOX moderator, and not the group leader. Cindering wasn't currently online anyway, so he couldn't exile him:P

If he's coming back after deletions there's not much they can do, just keep reporting him when he bullies you.
