Okay so I had 4,000 robux on the dot, I wasted the rest on sponsors earlier.
That new portrait that came out, I just bought it for 250 robux.
I now have 3,750 robux because it took out the 250 from me buying it, I then refreshed the page after it sold out and it said "1 Owned". Well, I went back into my game and I went to go check to see if it rose and it now says I don't own it. It says I don't own it, it doesn't show it in the inventory, and it doesn't show in my recent purchases.
But, it did take my 250 robux. I would like a refund or that portrait, please..
Idk how to provide proof for this but I am assuming with your widespread company that you have come up with the proper technology to track this purchase.
I also just bought that new katana, now when I hover over the "buy" button it shows that I already own it, but it does not say "1 Owned" under it. I guess with the Katana I will just have to see how it plays out, but with the portrait I would like a refund or the item that I purchased for it's unique look.

And looking at the comments it seems like this has been happening to a lot of people, someone said they had to buy the katana twice because it did not purchase it the first time but it took their cash.

I'm just frustrated, a lot of people have been having this issue and losing their hard earned cash. If you are going to be releasing something and someone wants to purchase it, at least give them their item & allow the buying/selling system to properly function.

no matter how much you have, everyone who lost their robux has the right to get a refund

It does not matter if you are rich or not,
we all started out the same,
poor and useless.
We worked for our robux, place visits, items, etc. Whatever it is, it is hard earned.
Some lost 1k, 2k, even 3k.
The fact that probably around R$50,000 was stolen in these past 2 limiteds is not acceptable.

Hopefully ROBLOX does something about this. I didn't buy the portrait, but it sounds awful that so many people lost their ROBUX like that.
